In a spirit of holistic innovation and in cooperation with like minded stakeholders the Frostan team is determined to grow into a cornerstone organisation that will help to build a competitive African agribusiness sector.

From that same cluster platform we are working on ways to integrate an optimal functioning W(ater), E(nergy), F(ood) nexus.

Since it's early beginnings in 2010 Frostan, as an SME, has been devising a strategy that can maximise it's eco-preneurial contribution and impact. Our operational structure puts us in a commanding position to enforce circular synergies at both horizontal and vertical level. We invested in a state of the art processing facility which, with it's cold storage capacity of 5000MT, offers massive potential for rapid growth.

Being an SDG oriented market driven organization we obviously need to have an in depth understanding of the most basic consumer needs. In a nation which, although food self-sufficient, Tanzania still faces unacceptable high levels of malnutrition and stunting in children. Hence new product development above all needs to address nutrition security.
